AIM 100: What explained last years returns
A quarter of the AIM 100 was replaced during the year, so today's constituent list is pre-filtered for last year's winners and tells you almost nothing about what actually happened. Measured on the companies that were really in the index in August 2025, the median one returned -2.1% and fell 34% from its own peak. Eight balance-sheet and quality screens found nothing.
